Work to do for Aussies at LPGA Q School

One round remains at the LPGA Tour School in Dayton Beach in Florida and for the four Australasians remaining in the field they have work to do if they are to have a future on the LPGA Tour next season.

The top-20 qualifiers on Sunday will earn Category 12 status on the 2013 Tour while players who finish 21st through 45 and ties will earn membership in Category 17.

Sydney's Frances Bondad and Victorian Breanna Elliott are currently in a tie for 30th at the completion of 72 of the 90 holes while New Zealander Cathryn Bristow and South Australian Stephanie Na are tied for 59th.

A cut was made at the completion of 72 holes with only West Australian Kristie Smith not making it through after she withdrew through 54 holes.

Australian based Korean Inhong Lim is also in 59th position.
