The Australian Boys and Girls Interstate titles have been decided this week in South Australia with Victoria taking out both titles.

The Girls Championship was played over the Fleurier Golf Club while the Boys title was decided at the Links Lady Bay Golf Club.

Victoria secured the Girls' title even before the final day after they had defeated both Queensland and NSW before a bye on day three gave them the chance to celebrate early.

The winner of each of the last four Girls' titles, Queensland, finished runner-up to Victoria after they had defeated NSW on the final day.

The Boys title saw the Ryan Ruffels captained Victorians win by four points over West Australia with South Australia another point further back.

Victoria's win over Queensland secured the title after several sides still had a mathematical chance on the final day.

For Ryan Ruffels it completed another great week for the exciting 16 year old after he had comfortably won the Australian Boys Amateur title last week.
