Australians Jake Younan (39th) and Rhein Gibson 58th were the only Australians to complete the weather impacted Bahamas Great Exuma Classic at Sandals Emerald Bay in the Bahamas, the event eventually won by American Kyle Thomson who finished as the only player under par and two shots clear of fellow Americans Andrew Yun and Nicholas Thompson.

Younan, originally from NSW but who spent considerable time on the Gold Coast before heading to college in the US, was playing the event on invite while Gibson is back on the Web.Com Tour after a season on the PGA Tour in 2016.

Other Australians Steve Allan and Jamie Arnold missed the cut by one shot.

The next event on the Web.Com Tour schedule is again in the Bahamas at the Great Abaco Classic at Great Abaco beginning on January 22nd.
