Adam Scott and Justin Thomas share the lead in the weather-delayed second round of the Genesis Open at the Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles, Scott looking to continue his very good record in the event having won a weather-reduced version and finished runner-up in 2006 and 2016

With play delayed on day one, the event was in catch-up mode for much of day two and even then they were unable to come even close to completing play and when players return to the course tomorrow morning many have yet to even start their second rounds.

Scott and Thomas were through 11 and 12 holes respectively of their second rounds when darkness caught up with them, the pair tied at 10 under and one ahead of J.B Holmes with Luke List and Jordan Spieth another two shots back.

Aaron Baddeley, another former winner of the event, is the next best of the Australians in 23rd place.
