Ruffels and Shin win Riversdale Cups

Perhaps the most talented youngster in Australian men's golf, Victorian based golfer Ryan Ruffels, further confirmed his immense promise with a one shot victory over fellow Victorian Todd Sinnott at the time honoured Riversdale Cup at the Riversdale Golf Club in Melbourne.

15 year old Ruffles, from the Victoria Golf Club and a member of Golf Australia's National Squad, came from 11 shots off the 36 hole pace set by Sinnott to claim the title.

NSW's Jarrod Freeman finished in 3rd positon two shots behind Sinnott.

In the Women's event, Shelley Shin of the Concord Golf Club in Sydney, won by a massive 15 shots over Victorian Bianca Ling.
