Nine Announces US Masters Broadcast Deal

Channel Nine will return as a US Masters broadcaster.
The Nine Network has announced it will this year replace Channel Seven as Australia's free-to-air broadcast partner for the US Masters.

"Wide World of Sports has secured the free television and streaming rights for the tournament at Augusta National Golf Club in an agreement announced today," Wide World of Sports said in an article on its website.

All four tournament days at Augusta National from April 5-8 will air live on Channel Nine according to the announcement.

Wide World of Sports said it will also feature three extra live video channels, "screening anytime, anywhere on 9Now: Featured Groups, Amen Corner, and Holes 15 and 16."

"We are incredibly proud to be partnering with Augusta National Golf Club to once again broadcast the Masters on Wide World of Sports in Australia," said Nine Network Director of Sport Tom Malone.

The past four US Masters' have been aired on Seven.
