Most players will feel the need to play this week in order to have their game at a peak for the big test at Mission Hills.
The field is headed by Yani Tseng who last week became the fastest player on the LPGA Tour to reach US$ 8 million in earnings when she won the Founders Cup in Phoenix.
Na Yeon Choi and Ai Miyazato who tied for second last week are also in the field.
The field includes Australians Karrie Webb, Katherine Hull, Lindsey Wright, Sarah Kemp, Sarah-Jane Smith and Wendy Doolan.
