Bryden Macpherson leads again in China

Victorian Bryden Macpherson, Sam Chien and Sejun Yoon lead the China Tour’s Lushan Open through 36 holes at the Lushan International Golf Club in Gongqing, Macpherson chasing his second China Tour title in the space of three weeks.

A former British Amateur Champion, Macpherson is currently 4th on the China Tour’s Order of Merit in 2015 and another good finish would go a long way to securing his playing rights for the Web.Com Tour in 2016 with the leading five players gaining Web.Com Tour cards.

Another five events remain on the schedule but a win here would all but earn the 25 year old Macpherson a passage to the Web.Com Tour where he has played previously albeit without full status.

New South Welshman and former Australian Amateur Champion, Rohan Blizard, is tied for 4th position and just one off the lead.
