The delayed second round was completed on Saturday morning and the third round will be completed on Sunday before the final round can hopefully be back on schedule by Sunday afternoon.
Bohn, a two time winner on the PGA Tour, and Horschel, who plays with only limited status on the PGA Tour, were tied at 13under par one shot ahead of Matt Bettencourt and Scott Stallings with one further shot back to Steve Bowditch and Bud Cauley.
Bowditch, who is playing events on both the PGA and Web.com Tours this season, birdied his final three holes in round two to get within two of the lead.
The Queenslander has battled for most of the season on both Tours, a 15th place finish at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am the highlight to date.
Gavin Coles, Matt Goggin, Matt Jones and Stuart Appleby also made the cut but are further back in the field.
