My home course and my favourite golf course in Australia.

A true test of golf off the blue tees on comp day.

No easy hole on the golf course and a real test of golf.

3 different 9 holes to try out Lakes, dune and quarry.

Quarry is my favourite 9 with hole after hole an absolute treat to play.

Hole number 2 the moon bunker hole, then the par 3 across the quarry pure genius in design.

After your round enjoy a beverage in the cafe overlooking the lake.

Play here and you will want to come back again and again.

Absolutely rate this course highly.  Condition of the course was just amazing.  Played all 3 nine holes.  I really rate Quarry, Dunes as the better combination.  I do think the holes need to be rerated though.

The issue I experienced on a Friday was slow play and the Marshall couldn't fix it.  Don't direct a

Have played Joondalup on several occasions when travelling to Perth and I absolutely love it. Course condition is always fantastic (most recent round was in May), the quarry and dune layouts are excellent and I think it's fairly priced for the quality of the course. Always enjoy playing there, look forward to me next round.

Have played about a dozen courses in Perth and this is by far the best of them. Played for work on a golf day so it was free so that was a bonus as Ive heard its quite expensive around about $90 for a round. This course is in immaculate condition with some great holes and if there is a better course in Perth Id love to know what it is. Recommend this for sure for the golfer who loves a challenge and I suppose you pay for what you get. Would love to play here again.

Looking at previous reviews of Joondalup I'm a little shocked there are negative reviews at all. Either some people can never be pleased or they are smoking crack. I played the Dunes and Quarry nine a couple of days ago on a visit from Melbourne and put simply this course is AMAZING. The Quarry 9 in particular are some of the most visually spectacular holes I have ever played. It really kicks in on the second. A nice wide open tee shot towards the moon craters. My favourite was the 3rd which I coined the par 3 of death. For a 20 handicapper like myself any tee shot over deep ravene is always intimidating. Luckily on the day I nailed the tee shot. The 5th is another cracker which makes you position you're tee shot well. The Dunes 9, also spectacular are a little different. The challenge on these holes are with the large undulating greens and narrower fairways. Another plus for Joondalup is the condition of the course. The course was rated #4 public access and #1 public course for conditions and after playing it I can see why. The course was in tip top shape when I played. In short, when in Perth you MUST play this course.

$99 is too much to play this course. It was one of my favourites until today. That cost and the attitude of the members has put me off. The white tees were with the ladies and every time I went to tee off the blue I had the members behind or in front tell me off. Probably jut jealous my sister was hitting it better than them. In all seriousness, it wasn't pleasant and $99 each felt way over the top.
