Played here today. This course took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting it to be so good. The Overall experience was fantastic, but specifically, the fairways were great with the Santa Anna Couch & the greens were consistently good. Bunkers were ok, but a bit crusty. Only real downside of the day, was a young guy in pro-shop that really wasn't interested in anything but himself & had no personality. Not helpful at all. Luckily the great course made up for that.

$15 after 2pm has to be the best value course going around. Its my local course and l have probably played here 8 times in the last 12 months. Loaded with Gumtrees on either side of the fairways, it is a pretty course. Not easy walking, its hilly with at least 6-7 holes uphill, so if your not that fit its best to get a cart. Tees, Fairways, Greens and Bunkers are in very good condition considering the hot summer we have had. My criticism would be the Greens are hard to judge as they always seem to roll towards the sea. Not the most difficult course with water on only a few holes and you can always find your stray ball among the Gumtrees. This is defiantly an underated course on the Peninsula.

Played today after a pretty wet week and the greens are in excellent condition, the tees are ind good condition and the fairways are, we'll, muddy. Today we were instructed to tee up on the fairways due to the amount of damage hitting of th ground would cause. This was fine. At the half way point we were given vouchers for a return visit as I think the pro felt bad about the condition of the course. A nice gesture which will see us go there again. A good layout with some challenging holes, especially if you can't get any run on your drives (most of ours plugged in the fairway). Looking forward to playing it when it dries out.

This course is now back to its best. Great challenging holes, super greens, lush fairways and beautiful walk meandering through the bush. Friendly staff, I really love this place.

Have loved this course previously, but it is in terrible condition at present. There were preferred lies throughout due to the poor state of the track and the greens were appalling, bumpy and poorly maintained. Hate to be so negative, but putting up as a warning to others. First time ever I would have happily left after a few holes.
