Played here today but struck it on a bad day. The fairways were all 5 inches long, so the whole course played like I was in the rough. The mowers appeared during my round, so I'm sure all is good again now but not in time for me. The layout of the course was good & the greens were soft & lush & slow but consistent. The par 5 15th is an interesting hole which has a double dogleg like I have never seen before. It is rated the hardest hole with plenty to think about on both sides of the fairway, with an uphill finish. A good test of golf & better than I was expecting.

It has been over 7 years since I last played here and a few years since I had the sticks out so was expecting it to be the same course. But the changes that have been made are amazing and it's certainly no longer a out of the way country style walk. Well maintained course with excellent greens. One of the members in the clubhouse was telling me that it's now considered one of the best maintained courses in the Dalhousie District - I can say it's way better than it was those years ago. Will look to get back quicker next time, hopefully with a bit of better form under the belt!.

A very open, flat course. The greens were very spongy and hadn't been cut short enough to truly be a green. More like a raised area of grass cut slightly shorter than the fairways. Greens were also quite bumpy, as were the teeing areas. Putting involved little skill and more like just hit the ball straight at the hole and hope it didn't hit a hole or raised bit before it reached the actual hole. There was one hole (9th, I think) that had the sprinkler head actually sunken into the green.

I've played this course so many times i've lost count. I'ts not a very exciting course, and those looking for a real challenge, don't bother. Beginners and intermediates really seem to enjoy the course, i do find the greens a little small and inconsistant, and the fairways can be a bit hard, but i always enjoy 9 or 18 here. From $10 - $20 you can't go wrong for a bit of practice, or a nice day out.

I have played this course a few times now and it is a average course, with only 2 bunkers on the course. The greens are fairly slow and fairways are poor. It offers a few challanges and it is very substanded. But overall it isnt a bad little counrty course. My only real bad thing is the creeks running straight through the middle of the fairways.
