Colebrook GC is another of the plethora of Tassie 9-holers, which every town seems to have. It can’t have that many members given that it’s fairly close to Hobart (and the citys other choices) and not even in the town of Colebrook, but it’s still a fairly nice course. It’s very dry with only watering appearing to reach the tees, greens and some surrounds and fairways, so lots of dry ground.
Fairly short in length and no real standout holes, just standard rural golf. Also typical is the $10 green fee and the honesty box. Not something special I’d go out of my way to play but worth the hit if in the area (and your missus and her sister are sampling some of the local wineries).
