Noosa Springs is arguably the finest course on the Sunshine Coast with a challenging layout to test golfers of all levels. Tee boxes, fairways, greens and surrounds are maintained to an immaculate standard. Every hole is seemingly different than the last with water or thick tropical scrub punishing anything sprayed off the tee. Numerous fairway bunkers and narrow fairways question club selection at times with careful course management imperative. Holes of note on the front nine include the picturesque par 3 4th with water to carry all the way to the green and the shapely par 4 5th with water lining the right side of the fairway along with a 200m water carry if you take an aggressive line off the tee. The back nine highlights include the monster par 5 15th with long drive needed to carry a stream that cuts across the fairway and the left dogleg par 4 17th with water in play off the tee and guarding the front and left side of the putting surface. A round at Noosa Springs is a true test of your game with just about every drive, approach or putt requiring your full attention. Although this course is generally considered the most expensive on the coast, the layout is first class wherever you turn with superb facilities as well as a quaint café and relaxing bar and restaurant to enjoy after your round.

Superb condition. Tough course, back 9 opens up a little more. Greens were a lot of fun!

Played here for the first time 2 weeks ago and really loved it. Sensational resort golf course. Fantastic general course conditioning and some of the best greens I've ever played on. It's a tough course though so high handicappers might not enjoy it as much as there's trouble everywhere and it's easy to run up some big numbers if you're a bit off your game. It's a great golfing experience though with no two holes remotely the same. I played Peregian Springs the day before and I think both courses are sensational, although Peregian is a fair bit cheaper, especially with the iseek discount. $30 for 1 sleeve of Pro v1's here though so make sure you bring plenty of balls.

I played Noosa Springs today and I now rank this as my top course on the Sunshine Coast! Brilliant layout with no hole the same as another. You get distracted on every hole with the never ending natural bush, lakes etc. I look forward to playing here again!

Great Course and the best imo on the sunshine coast. Presented well but only two things stopped me giving it 5 stars. 1. At over $100 it is probably $20-25 over priced. 2. $90 for a box of proV1 - Really? Fun day and great layout otherwise. Beer nice after the round.

A tad expensive ($102 Internet with cart) but a must if you're in the area. Starts off with an easy par 4, tightens up on the second and then gives you the best three hole stretch in the region. A very playable course but challenging. Immaculate presentation and a quality course and layout. Front nine is better than the back which is still great to play. Good practice facilities and clubhouse.
