This 9th hole golf course comprising of 8 par 3's and 1 par 4, is in a little valley with power lines running through it.  Yes you can hear the hum of them and the course is a bit dry due to the lack of rain.

But it is a real challenging course unless you are a local member or a mountain goat and have knowledge of the course.  I played better on the second nine having adjusted to the elevations.  But if you don't land on the green that's when things can get hard.  Some of the greens were a bit patchy and have undulations so they weren't that easy to read.

$12 or 9 holes, $18 for 18 holes.  A casual course so all types get out there.

Enjoyable.  Really good beer and feed at the clubhouse as well.

the sort of course for people who like to play in footy shorts and a beer in hand. Play to the hum of the power lines which are over three of the nine holes.

Played it yest....tough little track...par 28 for 9 holes and course rating of 5 over for the nine (i.e. 18 hole rating par55/ACR65) pretty crazy... Easyish course if you hit the greens...if you miss getting up an down is nearly out the question... Can wear a singlet and footy shorts to play and takes you away from all the "bullshit" in golf...great to hone in on your short game!!

Played 24/12/09. Satff were very pleasent and informative. The course is small (being a par 3)and I only managed to get my driver out on only 1 hole. All the holes are tricky and hilly. The greens are very hard to read which makes it more of a challenge. You could easily score some big numbers on this course. Overall a brilliant 9 hole par 3. 85/100

$10 for unlimited golf after 2pm Mon Thurs. Fun course that can easily produce some big numbers because of the slopey greens. I have played 100's of golf courses all over Australia andam generally very harsh, particularly on over-rated, over priced courses. I took a couple of mates, my parents and my son and we had a ball. I wouldn't play the course when it's busy (apparently Fri-Sun) and I was very happy with $10.

I think Tallai is a great little course. The holes a long enough to get a good drive in and is great to hone up your short game. The Greens are very challenging, very easy to blow out on the hiller greens.
