Course is in dire need of rain. Fairways are rock hard and brown. Greens are difficult to stop approach shots on. Patchwork of grasses doesn't help. Not often you see a drop zone on a green!! Clubhouse welcome was friendly. Cost of $23 for 18 holes (cart $32) was a bit high given state of the course.

Not a bad track! A good mix of tough and risk reward holes and the green rolled pretty well. Definitely worth a visit at $22 for 18 holes.

Rosewood's par 72 course is a fairly standard country course with wide fairways, flattish greens and only a few bunkers and hazards along the way. However, the course has some surprisingly long patches with the first three par 4's all exceeding 382m. The 1st also has a right angled dog leg and most of the following tee shots require good shape off the tee to follow the bending fairways and avoid the overhanging tree branches. The highlights on the back nine are the par 4 14th with an aggressive left hand dog leg and water in play and the 18th which is probably the toughest fairway to hit and a good test to finish on. It was also nice to see the 5th and 9th sharing a green which is an interesting feature and rarely seen in this part of the world. $20 for 18 holes.

Played Rosewood recently and must say if you looking to go out and enjoy 18 holes of golf in a friendly, quiet country atmosphere, then this is the place. Course was in great condition with well presented 328 greens. Only three bunkers on the whole course. Front nine presents a challenge being heavily tree lined and the back nine gives you an opportunity to come home strong being very open. At a cost of $23 for 18 holes it was well worth it. Enquired on membership and was quite surprised at the cost on all membership categories. Will defiantly play again.

Well it's been ten years since I played at Rosewood and another ten years will be too soon. The course is rough, dry and like hitting off dirt. The greens were not mown for many days and it was like a raffle to putt. I almost needed a rake as a 15th club to clear the leaves off the greens and a wedge as oppossed to a putter.

Played this course today with a group of six. All of us scored quite well despite the limited skill of a few of us. This was made easier as little difference between faiways and roughs and the course is incredibly flat. Would be great if there were more sand bunkers. All in all though a good days golf and an afforable course. Was surprised as the course was greener than expected and greens in fair condition.
