Please be aware that it has not rained for close to three months out at Jimboomba. We have updated our course irrigation system and are doing our utmost to keep the course watered. As for you pay for what you get comment, we take great pride in the course and spend as much money as we can on the course and all of its facilities. We are a privately leased family business and appreciate all the support we receive. If there is a problem why not call the golf shop and we will sort it straight away. $30 with a cart on a weekend guaranteed to be the best value in Australia. I can be contacted directly on 0409271629 (Robert).

Hi, course is very dry but you get what you pay for. We go there about once a month for a game as the course is a good layout and we play from the back markers. We teed off at 11am on a Saturday and there was No Drink cart on the course, very poor on their side. Also we caught up to 3 social players who obviously could not play the game (fair enough) but they would not let us through and then a few holes later another 2 guys joined up to make a 5 in their group, go figure and again No marshal on the course to complain.  Cheers.....

Greens and tee boxes are OK, all others are horrible.  Dry ground, there are no fairways.  After tee shot, what you will see is ground soil.

Good news is that the greens are in fine nick and mid-week special of $29 with cart is value for money. Fairways are dry and preferred lies in place.

Main issue is with the muppet who designed this course. Every fairway has at least one hazard across it's width - usually partially invisible from the tee so unless you know where you're going, its hopeless. No course map on card and tee box diagrams are unhelpful. Way too may blind shots.

If you can't carry 210m off the tee you'll be laying up frequently. Yardage markers aren't accurate and flags hard to get a reading from my rangefinder. There are better options.

Course was in good condition, greens were nice and quick and were rolling true. Some improvements have been made to the course which is good as it was looking tired the last time we played here. We were told to start off the back 9 and when we got to the 1st there was a huge backlog of 7 groups waiting. Not well organised.
