Measures 3282m Par 42 (12 holes) or 5622m Par 70 to play some tees again for the 18. There are four par 3s ranging from 121-170m, seven par 4s ranging from 295-386m and the 440m straight 5th. There are 12 flat white sand greens with 18 tees over a small gully with the Billabong Creek bordering the southern boundary of the course. Basic golf facilities here with no bunkers and all volunteer work. Fees are $5 Most holes are straight with the flags visible from the tee with the exception of 300m 18th which doglegs 60 degrees to the left. Culcairn has about 1200 people at approximately 215m above sea level with the whole town on the northern side of Billabong Creek. Culcairn is about 50km (or 30 minutes) north of Albury and 80km (or 45 minutes) south of Wagga Wagga. For those who need to be challenged there are numerous grass green courses within 1 hour along the Murray or in Wagga Wagga. The course is accessed about 1.5km east of the town centre along Balfour Street. There is no competitions on Saturdays with the ladies and mens comp held from midday on Sundays. The club has no phone so call Bruce Gater (secretary) on (02) 6029 7752 to arrange a game in the competition or just show up.
