One of the best layouts in greater Sydney, with a nice mix of risk/reward holes, strategically-placed hazards and wide fairways. There are 4 tee boxes which allows all levels of golfers to enjoy themselves. Conditioning is generally excellent, particularly the fairways and tees. My only criticism is the hardness of the greens, which were often difficult to hold with anything longer than a pitching wedge. This wasn't a problem on the holes which have open approaches, but when you've got a bunker or water in front of the green the effective landing area is really tiny. This course would be extremely dry and hot in summer, but during winter it was perfect. It was disappointing to see quite a few unrepaired pitch marks. The practice facilities are great, with a full size range, nice pitching and chipping green and a large putting green all available. Don't forget to buy tokens from the pro shop if you want range balls. I'll be back soon.

Played this course for the first time on Saturday and loved it and can't wait to play it again. Exceptional practice facilities and fantastic course layout with plenty of strategy required off the tee. Overall conditioning of the course was superb and the greens were great to putt on although it always frustrates me when a course of this quality is obvioulsy frequented by golfers who don't repair their pitch marks. It's a fantastic course to play in winter but I can imagine you'd absolutely bake here in summer. As other reviewers have stated there's no shelter/shade on the course.

I enjoyed the course as did my guest. Unfortunately the booking on line system does not work and this meant that my guest initially payed for his round of golf. lucky that I brought a printout of my payment,

This is a truly unique links style golfing experience. The greens are true and quick, and the couch fairways in great condition despite some dry winter weather recently. Every hole is a challenge here, with the 500 metre 9th my pick of the best hole, closely followed by the 360m 13th.

A new 'links-style' resort course on Sydney's outskirts which is trying to combine regular membership whilst chasing the corporate day dollar. Given that there are plenty of other courses around Sydney doing the same thing I'm not really sure how this course is going to make enough money to survive. Fortunately for the golfer, there isn't housing around the course like most new courses. It is both cheaper and in better condition than Riverside Oaks which I played a week before this course - but - that is probably due to how new the course is. In a couple of years it will probably have lost that edge, or if the level of maintenance drops off. Anyway, get out and play it now. In terms of design it was fine but nothing really jumps out at me as I think back about the course. Being built on the Nepean/Hawkesbury floodplain there is plenty of swampy wetlands throughout the course and therefore water in play in multiple areas on almost every hole if you're not careful or thinking about where you hit the ball. Interesting layout, quality conditions (except for heavily pitch-marked greens) and a cheap enough weekday rate.
