Wow.....what a difference 12 months makes. Played here July 2015 and the course was a goat track. Course was in need of some serious work and swore I wouldn't venture back anytime soon. Some friends convinced me to come back out and have another game. Fairways have improved 100% and greens are still fantastic and very challenging. Highly Recommend price wise as well compared to The Vintage or Cypress Lakes.

Any improvements to the course condition would be like putting lipstick on a *** . Quite simply, Stonebridge is an awful golf course designed by Jack Newton.

Played here for the first time last week, they've currently got a great special on for mid-week play. Consistent with other reviews, putting surface is fantastic, the fairways were in ok nick after recent rain but certainly not to "championship course" standard. Definitely a course to get a cart, it's a very long trip around if you're walking. There are a couple of holes that have a good few hundred metres between last green and next tee. Signage is also a bit poor but the pro acknowledged that, said new signs coming and gave us good directions. Seems they are spending a lot of money on the course, new pro shop and bar, new car parks were going in when we were there. I'm interested to see how it develops over the next few years.

Too many bare patches / grass roots on the fairways, too much unkempt grass on the verges. Good greens, rough fairways. Don't walk it either or you'll be there all day.

Played here a few times and have slowly seen the course improve .Recently as 22/2/14. Rain has lead to grass starting to cover the fairways and looking much better. It seems just lack of greens staff to keep the course in top shape is a issue . I like the lay out and think as this course matures it will be a excellent track . The greens are the best in the hunter and hope to see the fairways and roughs stay tidy and mown as they where on the weekend .The Bunkers needed some attention but have seen worse . Pro shop staff are always plesant but shop lacks in stock would be nice to see some gear in shop( had trouble getting some Titliest Balls) Beer was cold and wet and the club nice and new . Food was good and reasonable price .
